We're at 7 Dear Hay Lane, Poole BH15 1NZ — in the heart of Poole town centre. Free parking is available 2 minutes away. Easy to get to from Bournemouth, Wimborne and surrounding areas.

Do I need to be fit to start?

No. Most of our members start with us after years away from training. Our coaches are expert at meeting people exactly where they are — complete beginners to experienced athletes.

What's the difference between 1:1 PT and small group PT?

1:1 personal training gives you total focus — your coach's undivided attention every session. Small group PT gives you the same quality of coaching in a group of max 4, at a lower price point. Both are bespoke.
