We cap our groups deliberately so every member gets proper coaching attention. This isn't a large class — it's genuine small group personal training where the coach knows who you are.

How is small group PT different from a gym class?

In a gym class, everyone follows the same programme and the instructor demos exercises. In small group PT at 180, your programme is personalised, your coach actively coaches your form and technique, and your progress is tracked week to week.

Do I need experience to join?

No — our coaches are expert at working with complete beginners and experienced trainers in the same group. Your programme is personalised to your level regardless of who else is in the session.
