What's Involved In the Sessions?

The sessions are based around simple but quality workouts and effective exercises to increase your metabolism, strengthen your weak spots and firm up your wobbly bits – and make you feel good.Here is a small description of some of our classes.

180 BARBELL is a pure strength training session, more focused for people wanting to get stronger and more muscular whilst burning some body fat!

POWER HOUR is a unique blend of weight lifting and strength conditioning weight exercises.

METCON is a mix of Strength and conditioning work to fire up your metabolic rate!

FUNCTIONAL FITNESS is a functional training session that you use to increase strength and top end cardio and improve how your body moves!

I'm Really Unfit, Will I Be Able To Join?

Absolutely because there is no “Keeping Up” here. We cater for all fitness abilities. Our role is to help you find the right entry point for each exercise so you can work at your pace, not anybody else's.
